Frequently asked questions
When is the house open?
Il Cinguettio welcomes guests from April through September. From October to March the house is closed: for stays in that period do write to us anyway and we will consider special requests.
How do I book?
Fill in the request form or message us on WhatsApp with your dates and number of guests: we confirm availability and price within a few hours. Alternatively you can book on Airbnb.
Is there a minimum stay?
It depends on the season. Send us your dates and we will tell you right away.
Are cleaning and linen included?
Yes, bed and bath linen and final cleaning are included. We will let you know about the municipal tourist tax, if applicable.
Is there parking?
Yes, free private parking inside the property.
How far is the sea?
The beaches of Porto San Giorgio and Lido di Fermo are about 15 minutes by car.
Is the house suitable for children?
Yes. A cot and high chair are available on request.
Do I need a car?
Recommended: the house is in the countryside, 2 km from Fermo town centre.
