  • Request-form data (name, email, phone, dates, guests, message): used solely to reply and manage a possible booking. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b).
  • Guest data in case of a stay: legal obligations (guest registration, tourist tax, invoicing). Legal basis: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c).

3. Retention

Requests are kept for up to 24 months; stay data for the periods required by tax and public-security law.

4. Recipients

Hosting provider (Netsons S.r.l., Italy) as processor. No sale to third parties for marketing, no transfer outside the EU. WhatsApp contacts are subject to Meta's privacy policy.
